Eating a well-balanced diet is an important part of staying healthy as you age. It can help you maintain a healthy weight, stay energized, and get the nutrients you need. It also lowers your risk of developing chronic health conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes. https://bit.ly/2CFFDBR

Believing in the fact that “Food is an important part of a balanced diet”, we bring to you a sensitization session organised by Bihani Social Venture and Runsan Nepal (Retired United Nations' Association of Nepal), supported by our partner organisation Maitreya Bodhi Home Care & Clinic.

Bringing discussion about healthy diet out in the open is important because nutrition for seniors is important for supporting cellular function throughout the body, strengthening the immune system and warding off physical and mental illness. https://bit.ly/33NUeqX
