Stand in Solidarity; Demand Justice!

Ujyalo Foundation, a feminist organization is conducting a one day conference ‘Stand in Solidarity: Demand Justice’ to commemorate the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence which is an annual international campaign. Every year the campaign is marked from 25 November to 10 December, and this year theme is “Orange the World: Generation Equality Stands against Rape!”.

The conference is arranged in a multidisciplinary manner to allow participants to both explore and have the opportunity to engage with diverse participants working against Gender Based Violence. The conference plans to bring together various stakeholders and engage in critical discourses on challenges and gaps of legal framework for Gender Based Violence issues pertinent in Nepal.

The event include activities like plenary session,parallel session, information booth of various organizations, and other activities.
